Big Carr Lake

Big Carr Lake is mostly state owned and homes rarely come up for sale. The lake is very clear and is very deep. Big Carr is conveniently located pretty close to Minocqua so there are lots of non-lake activities to partake in. Big Carr is also close to Lake Tomahawk, which is a neat little town and has a few spots to grab a bite to eat and a great butcher shop.

McNaughton Trails - A 13 mile unpaved trail that is groomed in the winter for skiing. The terrain is mostly gentle with a few steep hills. There is no hiking or biking in the winter and a trail pass is required for skiing and biking. The trail is about three miles from Big Carr Lake.
