North Turtle Lake

   North Turtle Lake is on the Turtle Lake/Winchester Chain of Lakes. It is a deep 359 acre public lake that is a 14 minute drive from Manitowish Waters. The water is moderately clear. North Turtle Lake forms part of the Turtle Lake/Winchester Chain of Lakes northwest of Manitowish Waters with about 360 acres of relatively deep water and moderate clarity. The lake is large enough for comfortable cruising and some watersports but still feels more like a classic fishing and cabin lake than a high-speed playground.
