Yawkey Lake
Yawkey Lake is a great little lake. This 92 acre gem has a clarity of 15 feet and an average depth of 40 feet. The location of the lake is great. It is located in Hazelhurst which is one of the nicest areas up North. The drive into Minocqua is a short ten minutes. There are about 22 owners per mile of shoreline and the water color is a pretty blue-green.

Biking/Walking/Ski Trails:
Bearskin State Trail - The Bearskin Trail is an 18 mile semi-paved trail that isn't groomed in the winter. The surface is crushed granite and the trail is pretty level. A trail pass is required for biking.
Snowmobile Trails:
The trails of the Cross Country Cruisers run just to the east of the lake.
ATV Trails:
The Lakeland ATV trails run just a little to the south of the lake.
